We all know someone who has recently discovered a new diet and according to them it’s the answer to every known condition there is. They become so passionate about that particular way of eating that they encourage everyone to follow. The reality is, that we all have a different ‘health state’ and what works for one isn’t sustainable or even suitable for another.
In my generalised nutrition packages, I do not seek to address underlying health conditions, this is something that requires more in-depth case work and something I offer in specialist services or through a consultation package.
